Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowling. First Edition ​/​ First Printing (see image). Published: 2000. Publisher: Bloomsbury. The book is unread, with no inscriptions, no owner marks, no turned page corners, and the price is unclipped. There is the usual toning to the edges of the paper. The dust jacket and hardback boards are in excellent condition (‘near fine’ as booksellers say) and the spine is unbroken. As a First Edition ​/​ First Printing it has all the print errors that collectors and Potter fans will know, e.g. page 503 Barty Crouch ​/​ Cornelius Fudge (see image). For collectors that like to know provenance, this book, along with others in the Potter series that I’m selling, was bought by my wife when she worked for a bookshop in the late 1990s-2000s. It has been stored and remained unread since. Due to the scarcity and excellent condition will be sent bubble wrapped and boxed, not in a Jiffy bag.
